After years doing research for Fortune 500 companies I can attest to three things:
Knowledge is power and unlocks growth.
Most research is unduly complicated, really expensive and doesn’t have to be.
I have a passion for supporting organizations who are truly in it for the greater good.
Some Greater Good Research Projects
-
Clarifying the Mission
Hope Through Health is an incredible organization that saves lives by making quality healthcare accessible to all in neglected settings like Togo, West Africa.
Greater Good Research teamed up with HTH to conduct c-suite interviews to uncover ways to create consensus and clarity in language and mission.
The Result: New mission and values, plus clear creative plans for the website, CRM projects, and social media.
-
Increasing Member Satisfaction and Involvement
The West Morris Area YMCA in Randolph NJ is a nonprofit charitable organization, has evolved to meet the needs of the communities we serve since 1889.
Greater Good Research crafted a member survey designed to ensure the organization was responding to the changing needs of their community. Together we identified where the Y could improve offerings, services, hours and marketing messages.
The Result: Increased membership and happier more involved members.
-
Making More to Give More
Greater Good Research teamed up with Newman's Own Board to clearly define the brand's new "Fights for Kids" position. We conducted one-on-one interviews with executives and consumer focus groups to find the language and images that balanced selling the product with the brand's mission.
The Result: A new mission statement, packaging and ad campaign to match their “Radically Good®'“ bottom line.
